You should call our call center, get the location of bus and join at next location. Travelling charge from travelling from one location to next shall be borne by you.

 

Can I visit place of my own choice?

No. Tour plan is fixed. During the tour you can not visit place of your own choice. If you do so, you may miss the bus and we will not be responsible for the same.

If I don’t book online and come to boarding point directly, will I get the seat?

You can come to boarding point without online booking but you may not get a seat as first priority is given to online bookings. If any seats available, will be allocated to you.

 

Can the bus wait for me if I am getting late to reach boarding point?

No, bus will not wait for extra time at any boarding point.

 

If I miss the bus at boarding point, can I join at next boarding point or location?

You are required to be present at the boarding point at scheduled time. If you miss the boarding time, you may miss the bus.

 

Can I have a tour in which vehicle will pick me up from my hotel or home?

What is cancellation & refund policy?

Cancellations between 24 – 48hrs prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 25% of the gross price.

– Cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the gross price.

– On the spot cancellation before start of the Journey (or No intimation for cancellation, also called No Show) will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 100% of the gross price.
